Geokinetics is headquartered in Houston, Texas with major regional offices in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Our Board of Directors, led by William R. Ziegler, meets regularly and believes that management speaks for the Company. Individual board members may, from time to time, meet or otherwise communicate with various constituencies that are involved with the Company, generally with the knowledge and/or at the request of management.

The Executive Management consists of an experienced group of highly skilled professionals committed to innovation and delivering the highest standards in every facet of our organization.
